Data Deletion
Request the permanent deletion of your personal data from Pixanib's systems. We are committed to honouring your privacy rights promptly and transparently.
Pixanib Technologies ("we", "our", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal information we hold about you, what data will be removed, and what exceptions may apply under applicable law.
1. Your Right to Deletion
Under applicable privacy laws including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data held by Pixanib.
This right applies when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, you withdraw consent and no other legal basis exists, or you object to processing and no overriding legitimate interest applies. We will action all valid deletion requests within 30 days.
2. What Data We Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently erase the following categories of personal data associated with your account:
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number, profile data
Usage & Activity Data
Session history, interaction logs, feature usage records
Communication Records
Emails, WhatsApp messages, and support conversations
Payment Information
Transaction records (excluding legally mandated retention periods)
Marketing Preferences
Newsletter subscriptions, campaign engagement data
Device & Technical Data
IP addresses, browser info, cookie identifiers
3. How to Request Deletion
You may submit a data deletion request using any of the following methods:

- Full name as registered with Pixanib
- Email address or phone number linked to your account
- User ID or account reference (if known)
- Brief description of which data or services you are requesting deletion from
4. Timeline & Process
Submit Your Request
Send a deletion request to our privacy team at privacy@pixanib.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" along with the email address or user ID associated with your account.
Identity Verification
We will verify your identity to ensure we are deleting data belonging to you. You may receive a confirmation email within 2 business days asking you to confirm the request.
Data Located & Deleted
Once verified, we will locate all personal data associated with your account across our systems and proceed with deletion within 30 days of your confirmed request.
Confirmation Sent
You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our active systems and queued for removal from backups.
We are committed to completing all verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days. Complex requests may take up to 90 days; you will be notified if this applies.
5. Exceptions & Retention
Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request where we are legally required or permitted to do so. These exceptions are narrow and we will inform you of any applicable retention in our response to your request.
Financial records required by Indian tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years)
Data subject to an ongoing legal dispute or regulatory investigation
Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you
Information necessary to prevent fraud or protect the security of our services
6. Third-Party Data
Where we have shared your personal data with third-party service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (such as Razorpay for payment processing, Google Analytics, or Meta platforms for advertising), we will notify those processors to delete your data in accordance with our agreements with them.
If you connected to Pixanib via a third-party platform such as Meta (Facebook or Instagram), you may also request deletion directly through that platform's own privacy controls. Our deletion of your data does not automatically remove data held independently by those platforms.
7. After Deletion
Once your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to your account or recover any content, history, or settings associated with it. This action is permanent and irreversible.
Residual copies stored in encrypted backup archives will be overwritten during our standard backup rotation cycle, typically within 90 days. These backups are inaccessible during normal operations and are used solely for disaster recovery.
If you create a new account after deletion, it will be treated as an entirely new account with no association to your previous data.
